Well, it has been an amazing ride! And it only has begun!
This past Saturday we were blessed to have several local business owners join forces and host a fundraiser for our next Hero…Michael Shuster and his family.
What a blast! I fear if I name names I will forget someone..but you all know who you are!
WE ARE SO GRATEFUL! Raised over $5400 and had so much fun doing it!
The most amazing people showed up-and it could not have been better!
Then, we celebrated the success of Project MOOSE-our very first experience and what a fantastic thing it has been! $36,639 in donated time, materials and monetary gifts! The house is fab and Lindz-YOU did great! We are so very happy for your family!
The celebration included FABULOUS food by Kim Sidwell, a presentation of a Laptop from Soldiers Angels, Treats from McArthurs Bakery and the full story…soon to come, by Ryan Jecha, Webster University.
New friends, new vision and so many things to look forward to!
A HUGE thank you to everyone…we could not have done it without you!

What’s more, the index has broken 100. That’s significant because the only other time the index has hit 100 in recent years is when the home buyer tax credit was available. “It is the natural, organic power of great affordability conditions and job creation that is bringing the index level up,” says NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun. “This is a very encouraging sign.”
